Seems you’ve got mindful munching on the mind. So whether it’s truly in the stars or coming from within, make a conscious effort this month to put better things in your body. Just remember, if you’re changing habits you don’t want to go cold turkey. Start small making sensible swaps and soon you’ll be eating and feeling better. Your body is your temple. If you put quality products into it, you’ll get quality performance and health out of it. So don’t do it because you’re supposed to. Your body wants to do better. So listen to that little voice inside.
